Upon signing up, clients are awarded a membership granting access to our custom GoHighLevel snapshot tailored specifically for their company. This membership provides user-level access to the platform, allowing clients to utilize the functionalities and features within the custom setup without administrative privileges. The custom GoHighLevel snapshot, developed by Contractor Authority within our GHL’s agency account, encompasses various elements such as Snapshots, Workflow Automations, Custom Integrations, and Advanced Reporting functionalities.

It’s important to note that Contractor Authority LLC maintains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the custom setup of the GoHighLevel Platform. This includes the aforementioned Snapshots, Workflow Automations, Custom Integrations, and Advanced Reporting functionalities.

Client data is treated with utmost confidentiality and integrity. When clients are added as subaccounts to our custom GoHighLevel system, they retain ownership of their data. Contractor Authority ensures that client data is not sold or shared with any third parties. In the event that a client wishes to transition to their own GoHighLevel account, you will be provided with an exported contact list containing your data, and your company’s data will be promptly deleted from our systems to maintain data privacy and security.

Please note that subaccount transfers are not permitted as per our policy. This ensures that each client’s data remains secure and isolated within their designated subaccount, providing a tailored and secure experience within our custom GoHighLevel setup.

Ownership and Access: By enrolling in Contractor Authority’s Website service, you agree to the following terms: Contractor Authority retains all intellectual property rights related to the custom-built websites on our WordPress platform, including any integrated tools and systems. As a client, you are granted access to these websites without acquiring ownership rights. These sites function as digital billboards offering tools and functionalities, with updates, support, and management exclusively provided by Contractor Authority’s team.

Website Availability: Your website will remain operational and accessible throughout the duration of your active service with Contractor Authority. Should you choose to terminate your service, your access to the website and its features will be discontinued.

WordPress Backend Access: As part of your membership, your company team will receive user-level access (non-administrative) to the WordPress Backend. This access allows you to utilize our custom-built WordPress Dashboard featuring a suite of marketing tools designed to enhance your online presence and performance.

Lead Data Provision: Upon termination of services, Contractor Authority will provide a .csv file containing all captured lead data through forms on your website during the active service period. This data will be made available to your company for further analysis and utilization as per your discretion. Additionally, please note that we will immediately delete all of your company’s data from our systems upon the termination of services, ensuring your privacy and security.

Intellectual Property and App Platform Access: Contractor Authority maintains ownership of all intellectual property related to the referral app and its tools, which are built on our proprietary app platform. These tools remain accessible on app stores for the duration of active services.

Client Ownership and Access Restrictions: Clients possess exclusive ownership of the Google Play Store Developer Account and Apple App Store Developer account, which are opened on your company’s behalf and linked to a single owner within the roofing company for verification purposes. During the service period, third-party vendor access to these accounts is strictly prohibited. Clients also maintain ownership of all referral partner and client data throughout the engagement.
