This person calling will either be a NEW CUSTOMER” needing services OR a EXISITING CUSTOMER” needing support.

We have partnered with an industry leader in phone answering services for roofing business to where they follow a very simple script to determine if this person calling needs services or needs support.

If the person needs roofing services, they extract the information needed to determine if the potential customer is a GOOD FIT for your company & submits a form to capture this lead.

2) Roof Inspections Are Immediately BOOKED!

It is no longer acceptable for a person to call your roofing business, have their contact information take down and then be told a roof inspection will be booked in the future.

We create a sense of commitment to your roofing business by then having the potential customer booked in one of two 4 hour time-blocks. (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
